We should interpret Bible verses in context and comprehend it is God’s will we seek, not ours. Stewardship Bible verses or other Bible verses are considerable to followers of Jesus simply because they could guide them to the abundant life that Jesus promised.
Christians are stewards of God’s sources. We develop into greater stewards when we learn to deal God’s way with anxiousness, trust, temptation, people, and when we confess our sins to Jesus consistently.
Memorizing Bible verses helps us manage daily life-concerns God’s way. That is why I was thrilled, although astonished, when I found in an attic, 5 stewardship Bible verses dealing with anxiety, trust, temptation, people today, and confession.
Shortly soon after I surrendered my life to Jesus the Messiah in 1985, I had a vision of an attic with 5 large colored boxes. Each box had a big bold letter from the word attic. Under every letter was a word starting with that letter, and a Bible verse. Several mornings as I jogged, this image became a lot more lucid.
A single morning about five:00 AM whilst jogging in Brisbane, Australia, the picture of the attic was so vivid I returned to my hotel to attempt to process what was happening. At the hotel, I transcribed the vision.

As I reflected on this vision, I realized it referred to my every day walk with Jesus. It seemed to be the base for a structured way to have added time with the Lord. I sensed my attic was a way for me to withdraw often to see God’s hand in the moment.
These are 5 words on 5 boxes in my attic, every with its stewardship Bible verse:
Anxiousness – Philippians four:6-7
Trust – Proverbs three:5-six
Temptation – 1 Corinthians 10:13
Inner Concentrate – 1 Samuel 16: six-7
Confession – 1 John 1:9
Anxiousness
Two to three instances each day I verify to see whether or not events are overtaking me, and I am becoming, or am anxious. Possibly I am in a stressful meeting, or functioning to a tight deadline.
When I sense anxiousness, I withdraw to a quiet place, usually the bathroom, and mull over Philippians four:six-7. These verses remind me not to be anxious but pray, be thankful to God, give him my issues, and he will give me a profound peace.
I present my circumstance to God, ask him to assistance me accept exactly where I am, what I have, and give me peace to deal with it. The aim is his peace, not a answer to the situation. Recalling these verses many occasions day-to-day, praying and believing them aid me see options. It is tough to evaluate scenarios when tensed and anxious.
Trust
This is my wonderful challenge. I attempt to do things in my personal strength rather of leaning on Jesus. That is why each day as my activities challenge me, I withdraw frequently to evaluate how I am performing, and recall Proverbs 3:5-6. Scripture Magazine tell me to trust in the Lord and lean on him, and he will make my path straight. This does not mean I will get the solution I seek merely, that when I function to God’s ambitions, with his support, I do his will, and I get a peace that is difficult to have an understanding of.
Temptation
1 of the good assurances in the Bible is this stewardship Bible verse: 1 Corinthians ten:13 (ESV):
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your capacity, but with the temptation he will also offer the way of escape, that you might be able to endure it.
Daily, I will have to keep in mind that I can not blame anybody when I fall. The Devil did not “make me do it.” Faced with temptation, I pray this verse and ask God to enable me see and adhere to his path. I know it is there and I will need his strength to override my fleshly desires. Nevertheless, from time to time I reject his path.
Inner Focus
When Samuel went to Jesse’s property to anoint the subsequent king of Israel, as Jesse’s boys entered the room, Samuel saw Eliab and from his external appearances thought he should be the a single. God told Samuel he did not select Eliab. God reminded Samuel that God looks on the inside but folks appear on the outside (1 Samuel 16:6-7).
Often I have withdrawn and prayed this verse, especially when I interview, counsel, or meet someone. I know external appearances influence my pondering, and so I ought to seek God’s aid consistently to overcome this flaw.
Confession
Happily, at day’s finish I overview events, go to the attic, and recollect 1 John 1:9. I ask the Lord to show me incidents I need to have to confess. I confess, repent and ask him to cleanse me. He does, as promised.
Summary
Each day, being conscious of these stewardship Bible verses heighten my awareness for very good stewardship in all aspects of life, not only with dollars.
Frequent withdrawals to my attic to seek God’s guidance to respond to events enable me to reside in the moment and increase time with him.
Time in my attic has shown me how to be extra alert and responsive to the presence of the Lord in day-to-day activities.
